By registering an account or using any feature of the Mr U,T — Learn & Earn platform ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tech Mag Solutions, the company that operates and develops this Platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To use the Platform you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering. • Residency: You must be a resident of Pakistan with a valid Pakistani phone number and CNIC. • Identity: You must provide accurate, real, and verifiable personal information during registration and KYC. • One account rule: Each person may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts, even with different contact details, is grounds for permanent termination.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above.

You must follow these rules to earn coins legitimately on the Platform:

• Watch full videos: Coins are credited only when you watch the complete assigned video. Skipping, fast-forwarding, or using a script to simulate watching is prohibited. • Genuine screenshots: You must submit an authentic screenshot of the completed video. Editing, cropping, or digitally manipulating screenshots is fraud and will result in an immediate ban. • One account per person: You may not use another person's account or allow someone else to use yours. • No automation: Using bots, scripts, browser automation tools, VPNs, or proxy services to complete tasks is strictly prohibited. • No cheating: Any attempt to manipulate the coin balance, exploit system bugs, or reverse-engineer platform logic will result in permanent account termination without appeal.

Coins earned in violation of these rules will be forfeited and the account will be permanently banned.

The Mr U,T coin system operates as follows:

• Exchange rate: 1,000 coins = ₨280 PKR. This rate is fixed and transparent. The rate is subject to change with 7 days' advance notice. • Minimum withdrawal: You must accumulate a minimum of 500 coins (≈ ₨140) before submitting a withdrawal request. • Processing time: Withdrawals are processed within 24–48 business hours after your KYC has been verified. • Supported wallets: JazzCash, Easypaisa, and SadaPay. Bank transfers will be available in a future update. • KYC required: Identity verification (CNIC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed. • No cash-out of bonuses: Referral and promotional coins are subject to a minimum activity threshold before they can be withdrawn.

We reserve the right to hold or reverse a withdrawal if fraud is detected before or after payment.

Our referral programme rewards you for growing the community:

• Reward: You earn 250 coins for each new user who registers using your referral code and completes email verification. • Eligibility: The referred user must be a genuinely new person who has not previously held an account on the Platform. • Self-referral is prohibited: You may not refer yourself using an alternate phone number, email address, or identity. Self-referral will result in immediate termination of both accounts. • No paid referrals: You may not pay, bribe, or mislead someone to register. All referrals must be genuine and voluntary. • Referral coins are non-transferable and may only be withdrawn after the minimum balance threshold is reached.

We monitor referral patterns and reserve the right to invalidate referrals that appear artificial or coordinated.

Advertisers who purchase campaign slots on the Platform must comply with the following:

• Authentic URLs: Only real, publicly accessible YouTube video URLs may be submitted for campaigns. Fake, deleted, or private URLs are prohibited. • Content standards: Videos must not contain adult content, nudity, hate speech, violence, illegal activity, gambling promotion, or content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines. • Minimum campaign spend: The minimum campaign value is PKR 500 per submission. • No manipulation: Advertisers may not instruct earners on how to behave outside of the Platform's standard task system. • Refund policy: Campaigns that are rejected due to policy violations are not eligible for a refund. Campaigns cancelled before launch may receive a partial credit at our discretion. • Advertiser accounts found to submit misleading or harmful content will be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities if applicable.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Cheating or botting: Using automation, scripts, or any non-human method to earn coins. • Fraud: Fake screenshots, false KYC documents, identity theft, or multiple account operation. • Abuse: Harassment of Platform staff or other users. • Violation of any rule outlined in these Terms.

Termination is permanent and final. Banned accounts are not eligible for reinstatement. Any coin balance held at the time of termination is forfeited — no refund or compensation will be issued.

We may also suspend accounts pending investigation, during which time withdrawals will be paused.

Mr U,T — Learn & Earn does not guarantee any specific level of income. Earnings depend entirely on:

• The number of tasks you complete each day. • The size and activity of your referral network. • The availability of advertiser campaigns, which fluctuates based on demand.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.

Past earning examples shown on the website are illustrative and do not constitute a guarantee of future results.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. By using the Platform, you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
